Present Simple - routines and common truth
We use adverbs of frequncy with the Present simple tense: always, usually, normally, often, sometimes, never
e.g.We sometimes do our homework.

Present Continuous - things are happening right now or at the moment or now or today!
to be + verb -ing
e.g. I´m watching.
